Refund Policy

At The Learning Barn Academy, we ask every parent to review and sign an enrollment form before their child's classes begin. As part of this enrollment, parents agree to our no-refund policy, explained in full below.

No Refund Policy

Once a course fee has been paid, it is non-refundable. This applies regardless of the reason for discontinuing classes, including but not limited to change of mind, change in schedule, relocation, or personal circumstances. By enrolling your child, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

We follow this policy because our batches are kept intentionally small (4 to 6 children), and each seat is reserved specifically for your child from the moment of enrollment.

Class Compensation Policy

We understand that emergencies happen. Because of this, we do offer compensation classes, but only under the following conditions:

• If The Learning Barn Academy misses or cancels a scheduled class from our end (for example, due to a teacher's emergency), we will reschedule and provide a compensation class at no extra cost.
• If a genuine emergency arises on the parent's or child's side (such as a medical emergency), we may offer one compensation class as a one-time exception, at our discretion.

What Does Not Qualify for Compensation

To keep this policy fair and consistent for every family, compensation classes will not be given for:

• Missed classes due to vacations, travel, or holidays
• Missed classes for personal or non-emergency reasons
• Forgetting a class or scheduling conflicts on the parent's side
• Any reason not classified as a genuine, extreme emergency

Repeated requests for compensation will not be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding - this policy exists so that we can maintain small batch sizes, consistent teaching quality, and fairness across all the families we work with.
