Welcome to The Learning Barn Academy. By enrolling in our courses or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only after the course fee is paid and the enrollment form is signed by a parent or guardian. Signing this form means you accept our Refund Policy, these Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy in full.

2. Classes and Attendance

• Classes are conducted live, in small batches of 4 to 6 children, either online or offline as selected at enrollment.
• Parents are responsible for ensuring their child joins classes on time and has a stable internet connection for online sessions.
• Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on missed classes and compensation eligibility.

3. Code of Conduct

• We expect respectful behavior from all students, parents, and staff.
• The Learning Barn Academy reserves the right to discontinue a student's enrollment, without refund, in cases of repeated disruptive behavior or disrespect toward teachers or other students.

4. Fees

• Course fees must be paid in full before classes begin, unless a different arrangement has been agreed to in writing.
• Fees are subject to change for future enrollments, but will not change for a course already paid for and in progress.

5. Use of Course Materials

• Any worksheets, recordings, or materials shared during classes are for the personal use of the enrolled student only.
• These materials may not be copied, redistributed, or shared outside the family without our written permission.

6. Photos and Testimonials

By enrolling, you agree that The Learning Barn Academy may use photos, videos, or testimonials from classes or events for marketing purposes (such as our website or social media), unless you inform us in writing that you do not consent to this.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Learning Barn Academy is committed to providing quality education, but we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, as progress depends on many factors including the child's individual pace and consistency of attendance.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued enrollment after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
