Our Story

Built From a Simple Belief - Every Child Can Shine

The Learning Barn Academy started with a simple observation: children learn best when structure and joy sit side by side. Too many early education programmes pick one or the other - rigid, exam-focused instruction, or unstructured play with no real learning outcomes.

Founded by Radhika Sharma - a Guinness World Record holder and certified early childhood educator with over a decade of teaching experience - The Learning Barn Academy was built to close that gap. Certified methodologies like Jolly Phonics and Jolly Grammar meet music, creativity, and genuine play in every session, whether online or in-person.

What began as one educator's mission has grown into an academy serving families online across India and worldwide - from Kanpur to the UAE, UK, USA, Canada, Singapore, and Australia - and offline for families in Kanpur. Every course is still built around the same belief: children don't just need to be taught. They need to be inspired.

Radhika Sharma is a passionate educator, trainer, and performer dedicated to nurturing young minds through innovative and engaging learning experiences. With over a decade of teaching experience, she has empowered children to develop strong foundations in literacy, communication, creativity, and confidence. She currently works as an Online Trainer at SAFAL WOMEN’S ACADEMY (Mumbai).
