Everything You Need to Know

Is prior teaching experience mandatory?+
Not always. While experience is preferred for most roles, we welcome passionate first-time educators - especially mothers and housewives - who are willing to be trained in our teaching methodology.
Can I teach from home, or does it have to be in-person?+
Both options exist. Most of our roles are online, so you can teach from anywhere with a stable internet connection, and a few roles are hybrid or offline for candidates based in Kanpur.
What is the selection process?+
After you submit your application, our team reviews your qualifications and experience, followed by a short interview and a demo teaching session for shortlisted candidates.
Do you provide training before I start teaching?+
Yes. All selected educators go through an onboarding session covering our teaching methodology, tools, and classroom guidelines before their first live class.
